vegan-tacosOkay, here’s a recipe I cook regularly! Its fast, simple and so YUMMY too!

Here’s what you’ll need, and always you can improvise….All ingredients are organic and from either Sprouts, Mothers or Wholefoods Market)

Bean patties (1 per person) Sprouts brand bean patties
Organic corn tortillas
Tomatoes, black olives, fresh cilantro, yellow onion or green onion, salsa, daiya dairy free cheese of choice.

Cook patties for 3 minutes on both sides in coconut oil, crumble, place in warmed tortillas (cooked for a minute in coconut oil), add toppings and serve! Its that easy!! Enjoy!!
